01 Who We Are
PRCoverage.AI ("we", "us", "our") is a product of High Vibe Code LLC, a limited liability company based in Nevada, United States. We provide AI-powered PR reporting and media visibility software to PR professionals, agencies, and in-house communications teams.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you visit our website or use our service at prcoverage.ai.
02 Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Account data: name, email address, hashed password, company name, and billing details provided when you register.
- Content data: media coverage URLs, publication data, uploaded assets, and report content you upload or generate using the service.
- AI Visibility data: the brands, companies, products, individuals, and keywords you choose to track; the prompts you configure; the AI provider responses returned when those prompts run; and the rankings and citations derived from them.
- Payment data: billing details handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- Communications: emails, support requests, and feedback you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies (see section 08).
03 How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the PRCoverage.AI service
- Run AI Visibility analytics by submitting the prompts you configure to third-party AI providers on your behalf, and storing the responses and citations in your account
- Generate branded PR coverage reports
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send transactional and product-related emails (you can unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time)
- Respond to support requests
- Improve the platform and fix issues
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your account data, uploaded content, or AI Visibility data to train AI models.
04 Legal Basis for Processing
For users in the EU/EEA, we process your data on the following legal bases:
- Contract: to deliver the service you have subscribed to
- Legitimate interests: to improve the service, prevent fraud, and maintain security
- Consent: for marketing communications and non-essential cookies; you can withdraw consent at any time
- Legal obligation: where required by applicable law
05 Data Sharing
We share data only with vetted service providers that help us operate the platform — including infrastructure and hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and AI providers used to power the AI Visibility and report generation features. Each is contractually bound to handle your data securely.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
06 Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days unless we are required by law to retain it for longer.
Generated reports and AI Visibility data may be retained for up to 12 months after account closure to support dispute resolution. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your own reports before closing your account.
07 Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data; to object to processing based on legitimate interests; and to withdraw consent at any time.
- California residents — have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- EU/EEA and UK residents — also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

08 Cookies
Like most websites, our site uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us deliver and operate the service. The cookies we use fall into the following categories:
- Essential cookies — required for the site and service to function, including authentication, session management, and security.
- Affiliate referral cookies — set when you arrive on our site via an affiliate or partner link, used to attribute your eventual signup to the referring partner.
You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the service from working correctly.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not sell cookie data.
We use Plausible Analytics to measure aggregate site traffic. Plausible is a privacy-focused, cookieless tool — it does not set cookies, fingerprint devices, or collect personal data, and we do not share visitor data with third parties.
09 Third-Party AI Providers
The AI Visibility feature works by submitting the prompts you configure to third-party AI providers on your behalf, and storing the responses and citations in your account.
Under the standard API terms of these providers, data submitted via API is not used to train their models. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party service you connect to PRCoverage.AI.
10 Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, secure password hashing, and role-based access controls. No system is completely secure — please use a strong, unique password and contact support@prcoverage.ai immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
11 Children's Privacy
PRCoverage.AI is a B2B tool intended for users 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12 International Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States and member states of the European Union. Where such transfers occur, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data.
13 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
