01 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using PRCoverage.AI ("the Service"), the User agrees to this Agreement. If the User does not agree, they must not use the Service.
02 Intended Use
PRCoverage.AI is intended for professional or business use. The Service is not designed for individual consumer use, and by accepting these Terms, the User confirms that they are acting for business or professional purposes only.
03 Nature of the Service
PRCoverage.AI provides automated tools that assist with report drafting, formatting, and analytics. It does not replace professional judgment. PRCoverage.AI outputs are not guaranteed and must not be relied upon without independent verification by the User.
By using the Service, the User confirms they understand and will review the content responsibly.
The User agrees not to rely solely on PRCoverage.AI for any commercial or strategic decision.
04 User Content
- User-generated content remains the User's property.
- The User confirms they have the legal basis, rights, and permissions to upload and process any data provided to the Service.
- To operate the Service, the User grants PRCoverage.AI permission to process, store, analyze, and use their data strictly for operating, improving, and maintaining the Service.
- No sale or redistribution of User data will occur without explicit consent.
05 Privacy & Compliance
Data will be processed according to the Privacy Policy and applicable laws. The User is responsible for ensuring they have rights to upload or process any data they provide.
A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may be required for Users within the EU/EEA or handling personal data.
06 Third-Party Services
PRCoverage.AI integrates with external services, tools, and APIs. We do not control their availability, accuracy, or pricing. Use of external APIs is subject to each provider's own Terms.
07 Payment & Billing
All payments are final and non-refundable, including cases of error, downtime, service interruption, output inaccuracy, or perceived unsuitability — except where required by law.
Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.
The Service provides productivity tools only and does not promise or imply specific results, outcomes, or improvements in media coverage, client success, or revenue.
08 Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee constant availability, uptime, data retention, or continuity of service. Users are responsible for downloading and backing up reports and data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- PRCoverage.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
- Total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the previous 12 months.
- The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
09 Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PRCoverage.AI and its affiliates from any claim arising from:
- Use of the Service
- Report contents or data provided by the User
- Disputes with the User's clients
- Violations of third-party IP or data regulations
This indemnity does not apply to PRCoverage.AI's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
10 Jurisdiction
North American Users — governed by Delaware, USA law; disputes must be resolved in Delaware courts.
EU/EEA Users — governed by Irish law; disputes must be resolved in Irish courts.
11 Severability
If any clause is held unenforceable, only that clause is removed — all other clauses remain valid.
12 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
